Ellen Brown

Ellen has worked with most major health systems and health plans nationally over the last two decades. She has a diverse background in strategic planning, marketing, product development, finance, underwriting, network development and actuarial services with more than 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.

David Pavlik

Partner

Dave is an accomplished and talented executive with over 30 years of experience in managed care. Dave specializes in analytics and technology, assisting clients with modeling/analysis along with the technology solutions necessary for success. He works one-on-one with clients on a broad array of development and operational engagements and large-scale technology projects. His expertise spans all key areas of managed care program analysis, implementation, health plan and provider practice management information systems design and implementation, provider relations and quality client service, full lifecycle project management, and provider network development.

Justin Politi

Partner

Justin has over 25 years of experience working to develop strategy for major health systems and payers nationally as an advisor. Prior to moving into an advisory role, he held executive roles with national managed care companies in Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Fully Integrated Dual Eligible product lines with extensive experience in government programs and network management. He began his career in claims processing and provider relations and subsequently moved in to leadership roles in provider contracting and operations.
